6k999 — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 6k999 website accessible at https://6k999.io and all associated mobile web interfaces, subdomains, and services operated thereunder.
• "6k999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated account balance held within a Player's Account on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credits, or wagering incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (or sometimes the sum of Bonus Funds plus the qualifying deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Know Your Customer" (KYC) means the identity and age verification process required by 6k999 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the Platform's compliance procedures.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is blocked or restricted under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

6k999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

3 Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which a Player holds an Account or accesses the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and persons acting as agents for third parties are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 6k999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform via self-exclusion or administrative suspension.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on the Platform, you must register and maintain a valid Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address. These will be used for Account verification, security alerts, transaction notifications, and promotional communications where opted in.
• Your Account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. You must not share them with any third party. 6k999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• 6k999 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account or close an existing Account without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 are not met.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment methods are registered in their own name. Funding an Account using payment methods registered to a third party is prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and is displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet in real time. In the event of a technical delay, Players should contact support with proof of the successful payment transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical limitations of the relevant payment provider. 6k999 reserves the right to request a bank transfer for large withdrawal amounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 6k999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 6k999's control.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request being processed.

6k999 operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. All withdrawals are screened against AML criteria, and 6k999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or block a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. In cases where suspicious activity is identified, 6k999 may report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6k999 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have successfully completed registration and, where applicable, initial KYC verification.
• The standard welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. The qualifying deposit minimum, Wagering Requirement multiplier, and eligible games will be specified in the promotional offer details.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Wallet if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stipulated period.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer. Certain game categories — typically live dealer tables and certain table game variants — may be excluded from Wagering Requirement calculations or may be entirely ineligible for bonus play.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's Account at any one time, unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• 6k999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is amended after a Player has already opted in, the Player will be notified and may, at their election, continue under the original terms or forfeit the bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, coordinated wagering with other Players to meet Wagering Requirements artificially, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, removal of any winnings generated from those funds, and Account suspension.

7 Game Rules & Betting

The Platform offers casino games and sports betting markets supplied by third-party game studios and data providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by the Player or by 6k999.
• Sports betting odds are determined by 6k999 and its data partners at the time of bet placement and are locked in at that point. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and the accepted odds at confirmation are final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or bet slip prior to wager confirmation.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live bet, 6k999's server-side records are the authoritative source for resolving the outcome. The Platform will complete the game round or bet using the last valid instruction received from the Player.
• Malfunction of any game software or data feed voids all affected game rounds or bets. Stakes wagered on void rounds will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the governing body. Abandonments and matches with reduced overs are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or through associates.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings generated as a result of a software error are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker variants, or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or share information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing or using insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent dispute claims against deposits made to the Platform. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6k999 support staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 6k999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 6k999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used in the delivery of the Platform; or use the 6k999 brand or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from 6k999.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6k999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

6k999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.

11 Privacy & Data

6k999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected using 256-bit TLS encryption. 6k999 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud-detection services solely as necessary for the operation of the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

6k999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen alerts to notify them when they have been actively using the Platform for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen messages showing time elapsed and net session result are available and can be enabled from the Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

6k999 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal monitoring systems identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behaviour. This may include proactive outreach from the support team and, in serious cases, mandatory cooling-off periods or Account closure in the Player's best interests.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

6k999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A Player's account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• 6k999 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• A Player requests voluntary Account closure.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon Account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

6k999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address a security risk.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
